A good nights sleep helps in times of trouble.  My dh woke up and decided to look over the car a little more throughly and decided that the oil leak was probably just needing a new filter.  In the process, the seller came down on his price so once again God provides even more abundantly than we can ever expect: a car for a price we can afford.  Honestly the seller should be paying us to take the car from him .  You tell me if it doesn't look like Fred Flintstone's car (and NO the window isn't open - it's missing on BOTH sides)!  

But the good news is that the new filter seems to have done the trick and my dh had a mechanical laugh - uh I mean look at it and he said the e-n-g-i-n-e looks good.  Unfourtunately, our next door neighbors much nicer car was stolen last night from their driveway which bothers me a tad bit.  But I am reminded that:

The Lord is my strength, my shield from every danger.

I trust in him with all my heart. He helps me,

 and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.
