MRSA - Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus

This article is on the home page of Answers in Genesis.   My husband had a MRSA infection last year, so it interested me.  Call me a nerd, but I read the whole article.  They treated my husband, alternating vancomycin and clindamycin for twelve days and then just vancomycin for three more days.  His picc line got infected after it was taken out, so he had more antibotics for that.
We certainly thank the Lord for his recovery.  I won't show pictures of his leg because my daughter reads this blog and it grosses her out.  :)

I just tried to go to this 'article' and it wasn't there.  Sorry.

Is this what's called a Staph infection? I've heard those are very bad. I'm glad he's healed. I'm VERY glad you did not show the pics!

Hope you're having a great summer.
