long time no write! I'm sorry, but I've been really busy.... I have HUGE news tho! My mom is pregnant! We found out last week, but I haven't had time to write. it's really crazy around here... guess what else??????? I'M FIFTEEN AS OF TWO DAYS AGO!!!!! Louisa and Grandfather are still here- as a matter of fact Louisa is looking over my shoulder and correcting my spelling as I speak! Louisa and Jarrod are inseperable. haha, Louisa wants me to erase that but I won't! I think it's amazing what she's doing for my brother... I love her so much! So much stuff has been going on. Jeremy has started a band. He's the lead singer/guitarist, Jarrod's the bassist, and John is the pianist... Speaking of John, he's amazing! He called me yesterday, all excited, because he had listened. Our conversation went something like this- "Hey, is Vanessa there?" "This is she." "Hey! Guess what?" "hey, John. What?" "Well, have you ever listened?" "What do you mean?" "I mean, just sit outside and listen. Be really quiet and perfectly still and just.. listen. Have you ever done that?" "I don't think so, actually. Why?" "I did that today, Nessa, and it was amazing! I think- I think I might have actually heard God!" "Really? that's so cool, John!" "I know, it blew me away... you should go outside and listen." "now?" "Yes, now, go listen! And call me back if you hear anything!" Then he hung up... and you know what? When I got away from the chaos which is our house and just sat and listened, it really was amazing. And even though I didn't hear God speak to me, I found it easier to talk to him when I was out there listening. It was easier to connect... It was awesome... I highly recommend it! Oop, gotta go, Grandfather's calling me. but hopefully I'll be able to update more often.. there's so much more to tell you but that must wait for another time. Go listen for me, will ya? and tell me what you hear... I would really like to know.. NESSA
