The Law

      The way that I wittness is to use the law to cut into a persons heart and convict people of sin.   I think the problem with modern evagelism is that we  have told people about the cure without first telling them about the disease.  We need to tell people first about the disease of sin and it's horrible conciquences befor telling them about the cure wich is the blood of christ.  Imagine if someone came to you and said "Someone you don't even know just paid a huge fine on your behalf!  You should be very greatful.".  How would you react?  You would probobly say "what fine".  This person is acusing you of some crime that you don't believe you commited.  Now,  what if that same person came up to you and said "On your way here you sped through a school zone at sixty-five miles an hour just as school was letting out.  The speed limit was clearly marked by ten signs at fifteen miles an hour.  The fine is enourmous, but don't worry someone that you don't even know already paid the fine on your behalf."  Then what would you say?  You'ld be very greatful to the person who did it wouldn't you.  what we need to do is take a person through a few of the ten commandments and show them that they are guilty before GOD and that there are conscquences for there actions.  Then they will apreciate the gift of Christ's blood even more because they see what they have done and what would would have happened to them because of what they have done.  You can do this by striking up a freindly conversation with someone with somthing like "Hi, how are you?" then handing them a gospel track and asking them if they consider themself to be a good person and then asking if you can ask them a few questions to see if that is true.  If you would like to learn more about how to witness like this, please go to http://wayofthemaster.com/
