Another Field Trip Idea

Maggieraye sent in an idea for another field trip. It looks interesting, especially for older students. Let me know what you think.

Maine E-Week 2006 Expo Information

Expo - Saturday, March 4 from 9AM to 2PM at the UMaine Field House, Orono, ME

Over 50 of Maine's top engineering firms, engineering schools, government agencies, and industries will be set up exhibits throughout the Fieldhouse who will share their ideas and knowledge of engineering and technology. In addition to the demonstrations and exhibits, there will be activity tables set up by engineers and educators for kids, parents, and the general public to challenge the designer and problem solver in everyone. Come discover engineering and science through hands-on interaction.

There will be food service available so plan to stay for a while. There will also be guided tours of UMaine's Engineering departments.

My dear "perfectionist" friend. While I did "send" you the field trip. I believe it was "sent" in to you - worry, when I saw that typo I just had to share it with you.

Renee - prayers are with you, if you need help let me know, we've had lots of practice lugging boxes and moving "stuff" over the years.
