May. 12, 2007 - Photo Hunters "FIVE"
This weeks Photo Hunter theme is FIVE. Look closely and you will see 5 deer in my backyard!
This is especially unusual since we live right in town! Our property is only a half acre but backs up to a teeny, tiny woods. Prior to this we had seen maybe 1 or 2 deer and we have never seen this many since.

Beautiful. Grew up surrounded by woods and often had families of deer visit in the winter.

This reminds me of my parents backyard. They live in rural CT (where I grew up) and we always see lots of deer in the yard. The best time of year is spring, when there are always a few babies around too :)

That is so great you were able to catch the photo! We lived next to a small patch of woods growing up and saw a lot of deer but it never ceased to amaze us! Thanks for visiting.

I opened the picture and saw all of them... what a glorious sight! The snow is too! Here in Virginia Beach we had a dusting and that was it this year... some days I miss snow, but only on those days that I wouldn't have to go anywhere! Great picture for the theme!
