May. 13, 2007 - Mother's Day & Prayer Request

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

One of my favorite "Mommy" verses:

"He shall feed his flock like a shepherd; he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young."  

Isaiah 40:11

Please remember my friend, Lisa, in your prayers.  A 38 yr. old mother of 6 who is spending Mother's Day in the Intensive Care Unit after the birth of her 6th child last Sunday.  She developed a bacterial infection and a uterine thrombosis (clot) and is in critical condition.  She knows the Lord and is part of a wonderful Christian family.  She is a fellow homeschooler as well.
