week 3 down
Well, week 3 of my teaching in my 4 year olds homeschool co-op class is over. Only 5 more weeks to go. The children are so sweet and have soooooo many questions and/or comments. I'm really enjoying my time, but I'm finding it harder and harder each week as this pregnancy progresses. It's getting harder to get down on the children's level and actually get myself back up again. I can't believe by Thanksgiving, or soon after, we're going to have another addition to our family. I'm getting quite excited, but at the same time I wonder where we're going to put it. My goal since I first found out I was pregnant was to clean and purge our home, but it hasn't happened yet. Of course being sick the first 4-6 weeks of the pregnancy, having our two and three year olds have their tonsils taken out, finding out my step-dad had a cancerous brain tumor and the many complications after his surgery in August (the children and I traveled back and forth several weeks in a row, not knowing what was going to happen), starting homeschooling again, and now in September co-op starting and having to teach the first 8 weeks (although this week I finished all of the lessons plans for my time in co-op so I can breath a little easier). And all of this to say, "Where are we going to put the baby?" I told my husband we could possibly hang it from the ceiling. I'm sure they make cradles that you could hang from the ceiling (just this week I saw in a magazine a bed that was doing that very thing). Oh well, I'm sure we'll find some place to put the little one, just hope it's far enough away from 2 year old brothers reach (at least until it can defend itself).

getting distracted comes easily
Well, I thought I'd be able to add a new entry, but with three children in the same room with me. One being a 2-year old boy who loves to pick on his 4-year old sister and a 6-year old who's watching Arthur getting distracted is much easier than trying to focus on what I was thinking of typing in the first place. I'll try again later, maybe.

I'm diving in
I think my husband about fell over when I told him I was going to try blogging. He knows how frequently I use the computer and how I'm never alone when I do try to use the computer. Usually one (or all) of our children are at my side asking a series of questions or making some kind of plea. Of course my computer illiteracy didn't help convince him either. It ONLY took me 45 minutes-1 hour, between interuptions and trying to figure out what I was doing, to sign up for the blog. But I am determined to give this a try, we'll see how it goes.
