Harmony and Prince Windlon sat and talked for hours, but it only felt like minutes. Saying their good bye's, Harmony walked home on the road, and he went home to the sea. After a few more minutes of walking, Harmony found herself walking up the path that led up toward her house. It was a small house, nothing fancy about it. Made up of stone walls and a roof of grass, any person who walked by could tell that no rich person lived here. No, just a man, his wife, and their four children.
Harmony opened the front door, and walked in. She looked around the room, and smiled. Everyone was asleep, but her dog who was standing by the table. He looked up at her, and whined. He pranced happily to her, and sat down before her. Laughing, she walked over to the table, and handed him a piece of bread. He gobbled it down, and his tongue hung out his mouth as he looked longingly at her, waiting for more food.
"Now Charlie, you know you cannot have any more."she rubbed his head" I just gave you my food, so be thankful." The dog looked at her, and then layed down by her mat.
Her stomach growled, and she sighed. She always had a heart when it came to Charlie. She had found him when she was 8 years old. He was a puppy when she saved him from starvation. Almost ten years later, she still seemed to be saving his stomach from growling, even if her stomach was the one that grumbled all night long.
She layed down on her mat which was by the table. Tossing and turning, she could not fall asleep for hours. Finally she went to sleep, and a peaceful sleep it was.
GOD bless,
