Kathy at Iluvtheland has started up a yahoo email group where those of us who need encouragement with losing weight and being fit can get together. Be sure to check out her article and sign up! It will be a blast! And there is already a contest up and running!

I did join the BlubberBlogger and also requested membership in the yahoo group. My struggle with weight is maintaining. I lost 85 pounds two years ago and it's such a life style adjustment. Oh, and I was thinking....maybe if I got up from the computer more often and got my blubber going instead of blogging....wouldn't that help?
