1. Last night I left my children in capable hands and DH and I got to meet friends for dinner at Applebees and then we went to see Othello at the Black Friar's Theater in Staunton. It was fantastic! And it was fun to be out with friends and to eat a meal that didn't have a prize attached to it!

2.  I found a book at  a recent book sale that it turns out will likely sale for 100.00 or more. It's always nifty to find one of those kinds of books.

3.  My husband and I got to spend time together alone!

4.  Awanas is starting back up at a neighboring church. They do such a wonderful job with the program and with the children. I am grateful that they have such a heart for children and that they welcome mine.

5.  The weather has been positively fantastic!
