I have a back injury from a fall in December 2006. Every month since then, about 2-3 days before Aunto Flo comes to visit, I have major back pain. Then after I start I am ok. Well, for the last 2 days I have been in excruciating pain in my lower back. Aunt Flo has left the building and I am usually ok, but not this month. I have been in tears most of the morning because of it. Like on a scale of 1 to 10 I am at about a 9!
What really bites is that I need to go to the chiropractor and the truck won't start UUGH! I am past frustrated!

I'm so sorry about your back pain. My mother lives with a herniated disk, so I have seen the distress it can cause. She had a surgery in 1991 (I think), and I'm not sure that it worked. Over the years, the pain has become tolerable, so maybe it did work.
