Happy...

I was sitting in the car yesterday and I asked myself. "Self, are you really happy?"

Before I answered that, I wondered:

If I did a poll of the whole US and asked "Are you really happy?" what would people say.

Then I went back to my original question to myself and did some analyzing. At first I though NO, I'm not, but then I really thought about it and then my answer changed, YES, but I would want some things different.

So my conclusion (as if I didn't already know), happiness is definitely circumstantial (did I spell that right...I think so).

There is nothing like JOY, unspeakable and full of God's glory!

I am not organized by nature, I wish I were! I just make it a priority to BE organized. My home would fall apart otherwise, and school would be less than desirable. I am very thankful that I was able to get myself organized while my 2 'students' were yet young, I give all the credit to HIM for giving me the ability to organize myself...I know many moms struggle with this. I don't need that struggle...I have too many other ones! lol

Happiness depends on others. Joy comes from the Lord. On your poll, I'd answer "yes". :-)
