Mar. 4, 2007 - Sunday Seven (Edition #5)

Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever!
Psalm 107:1

1. I was able to feel this precious baby, growing in my womb, move for the first time early Thursday morning.
2. Thursday afternoon I heard my baby's heartbeat for the very first time. (Before then I had already had two ultrasounds, but had only seen the heartbeat.)
3. The Lord has helped me completely release this baby's life to Him and His will.
4. This week Josh, at 2, can recognize the numbers 1-4 and knows what each number signifies. (I am pretty darn proud of him!)
5. I was able to run errands and have lunch with my sister, Sara, kid-free! (Thanks, Mom!!)
6. Ben's molars finally popped through... He's still a bit fussy, but not nearly as uncomfortable.
7. I have so enjoyed party-hopping at the Ultimate Blog Party and have met some great new friends!

Blessings on you and your baby. Hearing the heartbeat is so wonderful. Our son and his wife heard their baby's heartbeat this past week and they were thrilled! This is our first grandchild and I can hardly wait.

Thanks for commenting at my slumber party. You are in such a precious time of life. I remember those first movements too and your other little one is learning and loving you so much. You are very blessed. I thank God for my babies. They are the greatest blessing.

With all of the toys, books and school stuff filling our home, it tends to looks as if it is void of any order. In reality we are very systematic in the way our main parts (each family member) are connected, so as to form one whole unit (our family), thus creating "organized chaos".
