Seven ways the Lord Blessed Me Through My Children This Week:

1. Julia made me the most beautiful cards while she spent some "girl time" with my cousins this week. I always feel so special and loved when my children give me things they have spent so much time creating.

2. Several times throughout the week Joshua came and randomly hugged me and told me that he loves me... Enough to melt any mommy's heart!

3. Ethan has such a heart for others... He is constantly asking if this person, or that person, knows and loves Jesus. This week he spoke daily about his desire to be a missionary and how he has already started in our neighborhood. He is doing such a great job of spreading the good news about Jesus!!

4. Several times this week Zach has shown himself to be quite a servant to others. Among other things, he has made sandwiches for younger siblings, helped with Ben, watched out for his sister and encouraged his older brother. This week he very rarely complained about what he was asked to do and even took on many tasks without being asked. What a help he was!

5. Ben... Where to start???? He is such a ray of sunshine and a bundle of laughs! He has tried so very hard this week to use words to communicate and has done so incredibly well. He is so much fun!

6. Whenever my children are loud and close by, which tends to be often, this little guy in my womb leaps, dances and jumps for joy... It is such a pleasure to feel him kick and move around. We are all very anxious to meet him (or her!).

7. God has truly blessed me with such wonderful and energetic children. They all bring such joy to my life and are so much fun... I love being a mom and am thankful for every moment that I get to spend with my kiddos!

What a great angle to take Sunday Seven this week. I think it is excellent to stop and thing how you are blessed by your children. They can be taken for granted, so easily or looked at as a burden. Great job!

Oh, what a bunch of wonderful things from each of your children. It is so amazing how God uses them in ways we never would have imagined to bless us beyond belief! Good for you for recognizing them, what a good mom!

With all of the toys, books and school stuff filling our home, it tends to looks as if it is void of any order. In reality we are very systematic in the way our main parts (each family member) are connected, so as to form one whole unit (our family), thus creating "organized chaos".
