Sep. 22, 2007 - A letter from God to His daughters
While reading a friend's blog yesterday, I came a cross this beautiful letter. It touched me in a profound way as I imagined my Heavenly Father speaking these words to me, especially since I have been thinking a lot about the awesome responsibility I have as a mom. I hope you enjoy the following quote from the book God's Road Map for Moms, by Bordon and Winters.
Dear Daughter,
I have given you everything you need to guide your children to the destiny I have prepared for them and to help you overcome every challenge. To help you do this, I've given you My Word, which is full of the wisdom you need every single day. Listen for My voice as you read My words and I will reveal the very thing you need to know.
Just as I continually have you on My mind, I know your children consume many of your thoughts. But do not fear. I have given you the strength and power you need to train them in the way they should go. Together, you and I are preparing them for a wonderful future.
Listen to My instruction in how to love and discipline them, and determine to see them with the same love and concern with which I see you. Encourage them with My word, just as I encourage you, and I will help all of you to walk the path I've chosen.

With all of the toys, books and school stuff filling our home, it tends to looks as if it is void of any order. In reality we are very systematic in the way our main parts (each family member) are connected, so as to form one whole unit (our family), thus creating "organized chaos".
