Hey everybody..Hows it going? Anything fun happen lately? Not too much is going on..tonight was the first bible study for youthgroup...i liked it alot...I have a feeling it's going to be pretty cool..we're watching these video's that explore the Holy Lands, and its by Ray...i forget his last name... I haven't seen Clyde (the horse that i ride) in so long!! mom said she's probably going to be going down that way tomorrow, so HOPEFULLY i'll be able to go see him tomorrow... it's supposed to snow again this tuesday or something...i want it to snow, but at the same time, i want it to hurry up and get warmer out so that way i can start selling my dog treats and toys again...we are both (me and Liz, that is) pretty excited about starting..hopefully, this year we'll do alot better then last year... well..i gotta go...sorry...leave me some comments or something... see ya! |

does anybody else here like horses? do you have a favorite breed? I really like Gypsy Vanners..all horses are pretty, tho... when i get old enough to move out, i want to move to Nevada, or somewhere else, i don't know, and i want to live on a ranch..maybe i'm crazy *shrugs* who knows |

wow...it's been a while since i've been on here...Sometimes it just seems boring, like i'm writing to myself...so what's everybody been up to? Not too much is new...I joined a local 4-H horse club...so far, it seems pretty cool...I'm using Clyde as my horse...so now, hopefully, i'll get to spend more time with him... i don't know what to write...OH! for the missions trip this summer, we're going to Kentucky...i REALLY want to go...but i don't know if i will or not yet... well..i really don't know what to write, so i'm gonna go...if you have questions, ask me, and i'll do my best to answer...

first off, let me just say, Youthquest 2006 was AMAZING!! was anybody else there? this year, Youthquest was in Niagara Falls, Canada..the falls were amazing!!some people were lucky enough to have a view of the falls from their rooms, and i was NOT one of them..i had a view of one of the conference rooms on the 3rd floor.. I'm still recovering from the 10 hour drive, and i need more time to think things through, but don't worry, i WILL tell you all about it, i promise!! i am VERY proud of myself, this time, i didn't leave ANYTHING there, that i can think of so far.. ------------------------------------------------------------- Clyde is doing better..they took the drain out of the side of his face, took out some stitches, and put a few new ones in..cut off some dead skin that didn't make it.. CLYDE LOVES CANDY CANES!! haha, i guess i kind of started that by giving him a peppermint stick.. ------------------------------------------------------------- well i gotta go, but i'll try to get on again later..

Hi everyone.. How's it going? Having a good christmas so far? Did you guys get snow yet? we haven't had any snow, a few flurries the other week, but only for a couple minutes..it's pretty warm out today..i kind of wish it would snow, but at the same time, i don't want it to snow TOO much, because then i won't be able to go to Canada... So last night, we went to my Great Granny's for Christmas..i got a really cool new pair of shoes..they're brown, and have some green on 'em..they're hot.. Jenn got a new movie, Julia got a new baby doll that makes different faces, mom and dad got money.. only 3 more days till i leave for Canada!!! 2 days till Katie comes to my house to spend the night (she's going to Canada with me)!!! 1 day till Christmas!!! this past year has went SOO fast...its crazy.. so what's everybody been up to? i haven't been doing too much..working..right now i'm just listening to my new Rascal Flatts CD i got for my birthday.. Clyde didn't look as bad as i thought he was..they still don't know what happened to him..i went down, brushed him..gave him some carrots..took him outside the fence to the greener grass on the other side, stood out in the rain while he ate for about an hour..brushed him a little bit while we were out there..then i took him back in the fence and gave him an apple.. i probably won't be able to ride him for a couple weeks..but thats ok, i'm happy with just being around him, brushing him and stuff.. -Jane |

omw, Lisa called earlier while i was at work, and when i got home, Jenn, my sister, told me she said to call Lisa's mom, Julie, right away, and that something happened to Clyde..so i called Julie and she said that when they went out to see the horses, i don't know when, but she said that his face was all torn up..she doesn't know what did it yet..she called her vet, only to find out that he is now retired..so she called another vet, but he said he's too far away..so she called another vet, waited an hour for her to get back to her, and she said this vet is a jerk, but, she told her to come anyway, because Julie would do anything for her horses.. so, i'm going down tomorrow morning to see him..i'm going to take him lots of carrots, and i'm going to also make some carromints for him (a horse treat that i found a recipe for on a website) and so i'm just going to go spend some time with him, petting him, playing with him, and brushing him.. so, pray that Clyde gets better.. i'll update you guys on how he's doing after i see him tomorrow... -Jane P.S. i found a really cool saying by Pat Parelli: A horse doesn't care how much you know until he knows how much you care. i thought that was pretty cool.. |

Hi everyone.. How's everyone doing? Are you guys ready for Christmas? Only 4 more days!!! I can't believe how fast this year has gone.. 6 more days till I leave for Canada..I'm excited! i'm not even ready yet. i still have to go get some camera's that i can through away, a couple packs of batteries for my digital camera..i need to pack my bag..i nervous. we're going on a coach bus with a whole bunch of other kids from local BIC churches..and i'm not going to know half of them! and i don't like buses too much...but, it'll be fun, i hope..i was thinking about buying a coloring book so i can color on the way there, just to give me something to do..i probably won't be able to fall asleep..and i'm gonna miss my dog, and my family, and Clyde (the horse that i ride)... speaking of Clyde, tomorrow i'm going to be going over to their house for a couple hours in the afternoon..but i don't think i'm going to ride him this time..i think i'm just going to brush him, and work with him on his ground work..maybe i'll get him to trot next to me some..maybe i'll ride bareback..i love riding bareback.. well, i gotta get off here, so i don't know if i'll be able to get back on before Christmas or not, but if i don't, Merry Christmas everybody!! and if i don't get on before the new year, then have a happy new year!! Hello.. Hows everybody doing? Only 10 days left until christmas!! that means 12 days until i leave for Canada!! so lets see..today, i went to Lisa's house, and i got to see their new pony, Cupid, and he's so cute!! and i got to brush Clyde for a good long while and, if i do say so myself, he looked really good when i was done!! i rode him for a little bit, not as much as normal, but he just didn't seem like he was acting himself today, so i just kept him at a walk, and then after i rode him, i brushed him some more..between the 3 horses, i went through 2, 1-pound bags of carrots..i think cocoa ate most of them...i had fun.. for my birthday, yesterday, i got:: from my older sister Jenn, the new Rascal Flatts cd, Me and My Gang, i think it's called, from my mom, this amazing perfume called Nollie, i think..and i consider getting to go riding today part of my present.. from my gram, a really cool new wallet, from my friend Rachel, twizzlers, some awesome magnets, and some chap stick.. Anna, one of the amish girls at work, let me pick out something out of the candy isle, and i got a pack of beef jerky..and i do say that's probably some of the best beef jerky i've every eaten.. and now i just forgot everything else i was thinking about, because i was thinking about Clyde....again..haha i'm going to be joining a local horse club, and Lisa said i could use Clyde, and the lady in charge told me i could most likely find somebody else who would be willing to get Clyde for me, since i don't have a horse trailer..i'm excited..and it only cost $20 dollars for the whole year..and yeah..it sounds pretty cool.. well..i think that was all..but...i can't remember.. leave me some! -Jane P.S. i almost forgot this, haha, Lisa told me Clyde can be half mine... man, that made me so happy..i can't even describe it! |

Hey everybody...what's new? not too much here..today is my birthday! i'm 15 now.. well, i have some good news, my grandpop is home from the hospital now, but still pray for him.. let's see..yesterday..hmm..what did i do yesterday..? well, i volunteered in the afternoon, like i normally do..on the way there, Jenn's car shut off..Jenn is my older sister..and so then we called dad, and he came down, and it turned right on for him, so then, she took me to QPRC..and then after that me and her both went to the grocery store where we work, and then, when we backed into the driveway at home, her car shut off AGAIN..yea..it was weird... oh, and in the morning, me and jenn went shopping..and i got one of my friends christmas gift, and then i also got myself a cowboy hat... Julia, my little sister, was CRAZY yesterday...she was wearing my new hat that i got, and she was running all around the house, it was pretty funny..but annoying, at the same time. then yesterday night was the youthgroup christmas party..and i'm going to say that it wasn't very much like a christmas party..last years was way better... today i have to go get my picture taken for my volunteer badge, even tho i already have one, but i have to get a new picture taken for when i go to Canada..and i can't say i'm looking forward to that..(getting the picture, that is..i can't wait to go to Canada!!) and then i have to work this afternoon 2-5..then, in the evening, i get to open my presents..so then i'll have to try to get on later on tonight or early tomorrow morning so that way i can tell everybody what i got.. tomorrow i'm going to my friend Lisa's house, and i'm spending the night, and i'm going to get to ride Clyde, and i can't wait for that, either..i haven't ridden in probably 2 or 3 weeks now, cause grandpop was in the hospital..so i'm like..so excited.. ok, well, i'm gonna go pack my bag now..so i'll post later..bye!! smiley faces are compliments of my younger sister, Julia..she says hi!

Hey, sorry i haven't written in a while.. Lets see..what's new...Today is Jenn's birthday, she's my older sister, she's 19 now..my birthday is next thursday..uhm... if you guys want to pray for my grandpop, we all would appreciate it, he's in the hospital, he has congestive heart failure or something, and isn't doing very good..
Sally is getting HUGE!! her birthday is next month! Can you guys believe that it's almost Christmas!! did you guys get any snow yet? we had a few flurries, but they didn't last more then a couple of minutes... Well, i haven't been riding this week..hopefully i'll get to go riding this coming week, but who knows
uhm..i think that's all for now, but who knows, i might add more if i think of something else..

Hey.. whats up? hows everybody doing? just decided i would get on, even tho its late (hey, 10:30pm is late for me..i normally get tired and go to sleep at like..9:30pm at the LATEST!)
so friday evening when to a Pillar concert up in Manhiem, and the Showdown was there (for those of you who have myspace:: http://www.myspace.com/theshowdown ), and Decyfer Down (here's a pic. of them:: http://www.interlinc-online.com/artists/index.html?p=2&id=216&PHPSESSID=333f17320940e0e25a085fe1ad312a2c), and another band that i really didn't like too much...and there was a mosh pit, and..it was amazing.. i'm really sore tho..a small area by my collar bone is swollen and hurts pretty bad (there's a black and blue mark there, too), a section on my upper back is swollen slightly, and hurts pretty bad..and then..my neck is KILLING me! pretty sure somebody knocked me over while i was in the middle of the mosh pit, and a whole bunch of people fell on me, and then someone was trying to help me up, and then somebody else fell on me all over again! but man....that concert, was AMAZING..we're going to a Stellar Kart concert in December, hopefully..i love concerts..i love moshing...yeah, i'll be sore again for a while, but its worth it..the Showdown was probably my favorite, which is heavy metal..suprising, because i'm not really that much for heavy metal, but its soo much better when your at a concert and can mosh to it...
my dad:: still off work, found out he has a herniated disc..he has to have an epidural cortisone or something like that, and if that doesn't work, he has to have surgery..so pray for him..
Jim:: he was out of the hospital, but is now back in for...something else..i can't spell it...(ok, so i'm not the best speller in the world, who cares) so pray for him..
Neal:: don't remember if i already said this or not, so i'll say it anyway:: now his doctors said its not cancer, but they don't know what it is..he also now has ulcers in his mouth, so now he has to go to some other doctor..and he doesn't want to..he says that he's fine..he's lost more weight..and he's just not good..so please, pray for him...pray that the doctors would be able to figure something out...pray for his family...his friends...
ya know...for some reason...i'm forgetting what else i wanted to say, so i'm just going to go now...and if i remember it..maybe i'll find time to get on again...

hey everyone.. hows it going?
some friends of the family from Maine are staying here for a while, and Jim is in the hospital, so they will be here for a good while yet.. so pray that he'll get better..he had a heart attack.. my dad is having some problems with his one leg, and he can't even walk..hasn't gone to work for 3 days now..he had xrays yesterday, so we're waiting to find out what they say today...so pray that everything goes well.. uhm..lets see..my friend Neal isn't doing too good..now his doctor says that he doesn't even know if he has cancer or not, and he doesn't know what it is, so he just said 'see ya in 3 months.' so...Neal's mom is trying to get him to go to some other doctor, but he said he's fine and he doesn't want to..but he's not fine..he's lost even more weight, and he's just not good at all.. so please pray for him and his family..
I'm going to Canada in December!! its for YouthQuest 2006..i'm going with my youthgroup..its going to be pretty sweet.. schools going ok i guess.. still working a lot...i'm running register now tho..so that's pretty fun... here on the 24th i'm taking my business to a farmers market called Roots, and we're going to be selling our dog treats there, as well as the chew toys..so hopefully that will go well and everything..
i'm thinking that's all for now..but i'm not too sure..i can't remember..well, i guess i'm gonna get off here, and if i think of anything else i guess i'll get back on later, lol

hey..sorry i haven't wrote for a while.. i'm on a 21 day media fast, so i'm avoiding the comp. as much as possible, even tho this is for school...
so today i worked in the morning, then me and one of the youthleaders, Amanda, went for a hike at a local park, and we had fun. we got lost, cause the trail ended all the sudden and we didn't notice and kept going, until we realized that the trail was not in sight, and we couldn't see the water anymore..but we found the trail after rock hopping for a bit... sunday after church i went over to my friends house and we painted on some bags, and i wrote Revelation 21:6 on mine. (and no, i'm not going to write the verse! look it up!)
so i made a new product to sell with our dog treats for the business: a braided chew toy! you take some strips of material, and braid them together then knot them at the end..Sally loves them! i haven't updated the business website tho, but if your interested in buying some, let me know, they cost $1.50, and depending on where you live, you might need to add $1.00 or so for shipping for each chew toy. and since their so cheap, you could ask friends, family, neighbors, etc. if they want any for their dogs or whatever. |

Hey..just some updates and stuff like that... so i made a blog for my dog, its www.homeschoolblogger.com/germanshepherdnamedsally and i got the idea from www.homeschoolblogger.com/labradoodle so i am going to be doing that for a creative writing project for school...
oh man..there was a amish school house shooting today..its pretty sad...this guy went into the amish school house with a hand gun and a shot gun and showed it to them and was talking to them or something like that and he let all the male students leave, along with a pregnant lady and 3 ladies who had infants with them. the teacher managed to get out too and call for help..he tied all the female students together in a line infront of the black board and shot them execution style...3 girls and a teacher aide were found dead at the scene, and 6 were sent to area hospitals with gun shot wounds...the shooter also took his own life...
so just keep all the people invovled in this in your prayers..

Hey, so on my first day of school..lets see, what did i do... History:: for history it told me to read the story of Noah and the Flood, which is Genesis chapter 6-9 so that's like, 4 chapters that i had to read..so history was pretty easy that day.. English:: for English i'm reading the biography of Abigal Adams, so i read a chapter that day (it was a pretty long chapter, actually) Bible:: i had to make a mind map of the character qualities of a Virteous Woman, and i love making mind maps...so that was pretty fun... Science, wasn't really too much, it was pretty much just an introduction kind of thing, but it was still ok.. Math:: wow..it's been a while since i've done math, so i'm a little bit rusty, but, i'll get better..it took me a while to do math since i'm not used to it..
so that was my first day of school.. DAY 2:: History:: read the story of the Tower of Babel, read a few other references pertaining to the Route of Abrahams migration, and so then after i read it, i searched for some maps online, found the right map, then had to sketch it on paper, which took a while, cause i'm not an artist, lol.. English:: read more of the biography for Abigal Adams, then did some vocabular words..did you guys know that the word Ghetto means:: a pen or quarter, a jewry; and some other stuff, but the word Ghetto actually means a ancient rhinestone valley where jews lived..or something like that... Bible:: read a whole bunch of bible verses, then re-read them and discussed some questions with my mom... Science:: oh, i liked science for this day!! it was talking about leaves and stuff...i love plants...and trees... Math:: well..i actually didn't do math...i started to read it, but thats because i had to get ready to go to the gym with my cousin (and i was actually starting to get sick) and i had planned on doing math when i got home, but then i was really dizzy and had a really bad headache, and my stomach hurt, so then i didn't do math after all...
so that was my second day of school.. and i've been sick ever since then...i should be at work right now, but i'm still not feeling too well...

Hey, I just decided to update you guys about the business.. So, i added it all up, and in total, we made around $109 in 4 weeks..that's pretty good, i think.. pretty soon we're hoping to set up at a local farmers market, so hopefully everything will go well with that..it'll be a whole lot more baking, because we'd be selling from 9am to 8pm, so we have to have a whole bunch of stuff to sell, so we'll probably be doing a good bit of baking for that...but, even tho we'd be baking more, we would also be selling a good bit and making more money, PLUS more people would hear about our business, and then hopefully the online orders will start picking up before it gets cold.. so yea, everything is going pretty good...we put a new page up on the website for polls, so you guys can check that out, the URL is :: www.freewebs.com/canine-take-out and the email is caninetake-out@hotmail.com
Anyway, how is everyone doing? is school starting soon for you guys? How has your summer been doing? What've you been up to? so, today was the second day of business, and let me tell you, everyone though that it was amazing that it was teenagers running it, and that a majority of our profits are going to be going to the humane league, they thought that was pretty awesome...in total, we sold around $37 bucks, $20 of that we donated to the humane league, and all of the left over dog treats we got to feed the dogs in the shelter. we will probably do that every week... pretty soon we are going to get our made-to-order section up and running, and put it on a website...as of right now, i don't know if we will be able to ship items, because then shipping and handling would cost alot, and what if it broke in the mail?? that wouldn't be good..but hey, i mean, if you really want some dogs treats, let me know, i can ship them, if your willing to pay for shipping and handling the website is www.freewebs.com/canine-take-out and all the prices and instructions and stuff are on there, so go and check it out!i'll try and get some pictures up A.S.A.P. and btw, all of the stuff that we make is COMPLETELY edible to humans, so you could even eat it if you wanted.
